Our curriculum has been designed to meet the international standards so that our next generation does not lag behind other nations, and ultimately contribute in the formation of a better Pakistan. While formulating the curriculum, we made sure that learning is planned, spontaneous, guided and independent at the same time. The child begins his journey in a true Montessori environment which is a child sized world. He maximizes the development of the mental and sensory faculties by following the universal laws of development specified by nature and observed by Dr. Maria Montessori. At the successful completion of the Montessori stage the child is exposed to an extensive research based curriculum which is a unique version of UK's National Curriculum enhanced to meet the needs of Pakistani children. Credit goes to the members of our curriculum wing who laboured for years, observed the children and discovered their developmental needs, travelled abroad and underwent extensive trainings, met renowned educationist around the world and collected their suggestions, browsed through thousands of web pages and crawled through hundred of books, hypothesized, experimented and sorted out the curriculum that suits the needs of Pakistani children the best. Montessori is highly hands-on approach to learning. It encourages children to develop their observation skills by doing many types of activities which includes use of all five senses,kinetic movements that leads to later abstraction.
Goals:
The goals of Montessori is to provide a stimulating, child-centered environment in which children can explore, touch, and learn without fear, thus engendering a lifelong love of learning as well as providing the child the self-control necessary to fulfill that love.
